- A proper unboxing video and clear pictures of the parcel are mandatory for processing return requests.
- Ensure that the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt.
4. Refund Method:
- Refunds will be processed in the form of store credit.
- The store credit will be issued to the email address used for the original purchase.
5. Store Credit:
- Store credit can be used for future purchases on our website.
- The store credit will be valid for a period of 6 months from the date of issue.
- Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
6. Non-Returnable Items:
- We do not accept returns on items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear.
- Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return.
